  • Initial each page
  • Include all Key Representatives' details. Indicate which representatives require individual broker codes.
  • All FICA documents are required
  • PPS Investments requires proof of your SARS number
  • PPS Investments requires proof of your brokerage's bank details (A cancelled cheque or recent bank statement, either with a bank stamp or on a bank letterhead. No internet bank statements will be accepted.)

Step 2: Return your completed form and documentation to us

 Send your information to the PPS Investments Client Service Centre by faxing to (021) 680 3680 or emailing A consultant will contact you to confirm receipt.

Step 3: Your broker code(s) will be issued within 48 hours

You'll receive an email to confirm your broker code(s) and the products you've been registered to sell. You'll be copied on all correspondence sent to your clients going forward.

Secure Online Services registration

Our online secure site allows you and your clients access to their investment portfolios 24/7, 365 days a year. With an online account you can view your clients' investment information, transaction summaries and contact details.

Fees information
Your fees. You may earn both an initial and ongoing advice fee, which you will negotiate with your client for approval. Your initial fee will be capped at 3.00% (excl. VAT). For the PPS and OPN Living Annuities, this fee is capped at 1.50% (excl. VAT). Your ongoing fee will be capped at 1.00% p.a. (excl. VAT).
Accreditation test
You may be required to complete an assessment as part of your accreditation process. Our Client Service Centre will contact you if this is necessary.

Administrative deadlines

For instructions received before 14:00 on a business day (with proof of deposit and supporting documentation):

  • New lump sum investments: 5 business days
  • New debit order investments: 6 business days
  • Switches: 5 business days
  • Withdrawals from Investment Accounts: 4 business days
  • Withdrawals from contractual products: 7 business days
